PA1000t Printer/Applicator New from the creators of EASYLABEL®, comes the Tharo PA1000t Printer/Applicator... powerful accessories for the Apollo Series of thermal / thermal transfer bar code label printers. Easy to Use - The Tharo PA1000t Printer/Applicator is easy to use, with minimal adjustments necessary, quick setup and changeover for applying labels to either the top or side of a product. Rugged - The PA1000t Printer/Applicator features all metal construction and is made to last with time-tested components. Heavy duty guide rods were engineered to compensate for high stress in side labeling with minimal deflection. With rugged dependability, the PA1000t provides accurate, true on-demand operation, with low maintenance and precise positioning.

Controlled Contact - via the use of springs and an adjustable pressure sensing switch on the Tamp Pad.

Easy to Service - With few moving parts, the PA1000t Printer/Applicator is easy to service, and replacing printers is a snap! With a sleek design, and clean operation, the Tharo PA1000t is delivered with a customizable Tamp Pad that you can modify in-house to fit your specific label size. The Tamp Pad size can vary, allowing you the flexibility to accommodate labels from 2" x 1" to 4 1/2" x 8". Labeling products of variable height is a standard feature which adds a great deal of flexibility to the Tharo PA1000t. The PA1000t is delivered with a T-base stand and one Tamp Pad.

The compact PA1000t Printer/Applicator is quick and accurate, applying up to 60 labels per minute, depending on label size, printer used and height of product. The PLC interface provides maximum flexibility by allowing control of the system to be accomplished by almost any device, from a simple micro switch or optical sensor to a sophisticated intelligent controller (PLC). LEDs provide visual operating status and error conditions.

Tamp/Blow Alternative
For those special jobs where a Tamp Applicator isn't appropriate, the Tharo PA1000t/b Tamp Blow will do the trick! With the ability With the ability to apply labels to convex, concave or flat surfaces, on either the top or side of a product, the Tamp Pad size can vary allowing labels from 1 “x 3" to 4" x 6 1/2" to be used. The adjustable guide rods stop the Tamp Pad between 1/2" to 2” from the product - from there the label is blown on.
