LCP/ML8 Ink Jet Printing System
The industrial choice for on-line carton printing, the
LCP/ML8 Ink Jet System offers all the advantages of large
character ink jet technology. From multi-line applications
to harsh environment carton coding, the LCP/ML8 Ink Jet
System produces up to eight lines of highly legible characters
and logos in even the most demanding environments.
System components include:
• NEMA 12 Controller
• Printhead
• Ink System
• Photocell
• Input Device
• Data Lines
• Mounting Hardware
• Printheads can produce up to
eight lines of characters ranging in size from 5/16"
(7.9 mm) high in a 7/5 dot matrix format, to 8"
(203.2 mm) high in a 7/5 dot matrix format.
Printheads can also produce double- and quad-high characters.
• Conveyor line print speeds
range from 200 to 200 fpm (6.1 to 61.0 mpm).
• Dual-tasking capability enables
a single controller to code two separate production
lines.
• Non-contact printing capability
produces clean, legible marks on uneven or irregular
surfaces.
•Operational conditions include
any normal, non-condensing or harsh environment
with a temperature range of 40°F to 130°F (4°C
to 54.4°C).
•Warranty covers all standard
equipment for 12 months and on site labor for 90
days. Remaining labor warranty is performed at the Marsh
factory.
