LCP/ML4 Fast-Dry Ink Jet Printing System
The LCP/ML4 Fast-Drying Coding System makes printing on
non-porous and porous surfaces simple, fast, clean and
dependable. Perfect for multi-product manufacturers, the
LCP/ML4 Coding System's high-speed application and fast-drying
inks produce clear, smudge-free marks on virtually all
materials. High-speed,
fast-drying, large character generation for porous and
non-porous surface applications
System components include:
• NEMA 12 Controller
• Input Device
• Data Lines
• FD Series Printhead
• ADS Plus Ink System with 5 gallon ink capacity
or FD quart ink system.
• Conveyor line print speeds range from 20 to
328 fpm (6.1 to 100 mpm).
• Prints on kraft, paper, metals, clay-coat, shrink
wrap, stretch wrap, PVC,
poly, woven poly, glass, plexi, extruded
metals, ceramic and rubber.
• One or two line FD Series printheads produce
characters ranging in size
from 3/8'' (9.5mm) high in a 5/5 dot matrix
format, to 1 11/16'' (42.9mm)
high in a 14/10 dot matrix format.
• Operational conditions include any normal or
harsh environment with a temperature range
of 40°F to 130°F (4°C to 54.4°C). |
