Airgrit™ Model 7650 Etching System

The new release of the 7650 Airgrit® machine offers upgraded electronics with enhanced safety through European Conformity (CE) standard. Much like its predecessors, the 7650 Airgrit® machine economically and permanently marks glass, metal, ceramics, plastics or other fragile materials with hard, anodized or highly polished surfaces without fracture or distortion.

Operating on a forced-blast priciple, the Airgrit® produces a frosted or etched impression on the surface of flat or round parts by blowing fine abrasive grit through the relieved portion of a rubber mask. The result is high-quality frosted impression that contrasts with the product's surface.
